Due to the perishable nature of food products, returns are accepted only if:
The product is damaged during transit
The wrong item was delivered
The product is expired or unfit for consumption upon delivery
All return or refund requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery, along with clear images of the product and packaging.
Once the issue is verified:
A replacement or refund will be issued at our discretion
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days
Products opened or partially consumed
Orders delayed due to incorrect address or customer unavailability
